A Gardener's Use For Broken China: Keeping Pests Out Of Planters

 


If you've ever had critters - usually squirrels or chipmunks - dig into your flower pots and planters, check out this pretty solution!

Don't throw out those broken shard of old china, use them to top off your flower pots as a deterrent for pests. Be careful of pointy edges though, wear gloves and you may want to throw any dangerously sharp pieces in the recycling bin.
